Why give?

  • Because God Gave First

    God gave us His first and best (Jesus), so we respond by giving sacrificially and generously (John 3:16).

  • Out of Obedience

    We serve a generous God who invites us to be a generous people (Matthew 10:8).

  • Sacrifically

    Generosity is measured by the level of our sacrifice. Disciple of Christ give sacrificially, reflecting the condition of our hearts before God (Mark 12:41-44).

  • To put God first

    God asks us to tithe because He wants our hearts (Matthew 23:23, 2 Corinthians 9:7).

  • For an Eternal mindset

    Generosity protects us from being owned by our physical possessions, rightfully placing us as stewards of everything God has given us (Luke 16).

  • To Advance the Gosple

    The Gospel is our greatest investment (Matthew 6:19-20).
